Our unique approach blends mental health counseling with life coaching. While discussing feelings is part of what we do, our primary focus is on solution-focused treatment. We experiment with various skills to find what works best for each individual. We believe that the real work happens between sessions, using our time together to evaluate what's effective and what needs adjustment.

I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem.
